Not 100% sure, because changing SSR reset count. I think new banner will reset count also

the game is in complicated state the guides are outdated cause cn side has no major updates all tier lists i have seen have all different tiers very confusing situation for now

If you have enough hero. Focus build unit. If you love gacha you can spam or keep for next unit
