Were I love the aunt would been in massive legal trubble not only with the workplace but also police,workplace here will never call someone about a life policy until their lawyers has investegated what liveing relatives is alive and closeness to them(theres a state department who helps them with that information),if the late person wanted one peticilar person to have the claim then a will must be drafted and signed at work. Not US and UK,and it is this way to awoyd things like this happening
