Update: Electronic Filing of Court Documents in Ontario

Over 400 types of civil and family court documents can now be filed electronically with Ontario Courts. This lecture explains some common types of these documents and the process of such electronic filing.

Very informative, I am process Server in London ON and was wondering if the e-filing for August is permanent (Hopefully not)?

It is not a temporary step. The Ministry of Attorney General had introduced e-filing over 2 years ago and they have been testing and slowly expanding on it. I hope you are able to adjust your business, as good process servers are always needed.
