Have a USC 42 1983 police misconduct case judge allowed me to leave and amend original complaint I have four specific civil rights violations that I put forth under the fourth and Fourteenth Amendment apparently I wasn't detailed enough Need to get this to Discovery and they will settle don't want to mess with punitive damages from the - cam should be good I just need help to get it that far

Usually two years under the Limitations Act, 2002, but there are shorter time limits for certain types of claims.
