Wow, they're tearing it up. Glad that it's becoming a Panda Express as opposed to just siting there wasting away. Also glad you were able to get a look at the old Qdoba before they began tearing everything up.

Now a Panda Express. I think it was a bad idea to build across the street from the mall instead of in it. Also a Mad Mex is opening in the mall were the Italian restaurant was

I’ve only eaten at a qudoba once. It was ok but outclassed by chipotle in my opinion.
