once you go down the road of companies trying to copyright strick people doing transformative reaction videos it eventually trickles to everyone else. so its something anyone that gets paid to do this would get behind, regardless if you like the people. you don't always have to like someone to say something is unfair to that person. if you have an open mind, people most often have more they agree with than what they don't. the problem some people let disagreements control the whole narrative on what they think of a person.

This should be a very easy policy for KZbin to implement and I'm surprised they haven't done so. When you're publishing (or editing) a video, there should be a place to put the link of the video you're reacting to (or a link to the original creator's profile). This could automatically trigger a revenue share for reaction videos (assuming the video being reacted to is on KZbin).

There are 3 case scenarios that I've been in with reaction channels... 1. I'm subscribed, I did watch the original video, and I just enjoy listening to other KZbinrs opinions about it. 2.The reaction channel inspires me to go watch the full video. Which, sometimes compels me to subscribe. Or 3. I would never watch, much less subscribe, to the channel in the first place. So, I don't think commentary channels affect them as much as they claim. It feels like the truth is that they want silence people who dislike and/or disagree with them. And one thing I absolutely will do is unsubscribe to any channel that gets petty with the copyright strikes on channels who are following the fair use guidelines.

My loving late husband in whom I just lost to his battle with sarcoma cancer two weeks ago, & I love you & Preach to the fullest. We been fans of you guys going on the past two years. Right when my husband was about to breathe his last breath, we were watching your channel. He laughed but it was a bit faint, and says to me that when I am at my darkest when I lose him, to not only keep him in my heart and in my soul, but to also turn to your content to watch and laugh as much as I can. He felt he might be able to hear me in the afterlife. I don't know what I'd do if your channels get taken down. It saved my life even though I believe in the higher power. But when my faith was weak, my only laughter face to face was with my husband. And now that he is not here, you guys kept the light shining bright. I never want to miss a video drop. I agree but they also need to setup some rules or guidelines, like aba mentioned I see a whole bunch of channels pull up another KZbinrs video put and over lay of their face in the corner and say ya or no ever few seconds and think that’s a reaction video. No reaction channel or video should have more than 70% of the original video. Also KZbin has the ability to automatically flag music and video copy right infringement it would be nice if it automatically identified and gave revenue to the original content creator and if you go above the guidelines all monetization goes to the original creator

I love KZbin as a creative platform and want to see the least amount of barriers for people to be creative, but at the same time, I do recognize it's a business. That profit sharing idea for specified videos is a great idea that I hope KZbin implements. I think that will really encourage collaboration between content creators and help break down some barriers for content creation.

I'm thrilled to hear that the channel is no longer in jeapordy but I'm honestly more upset than I was before. I was giving Jubilee the benefit of the doubt that this was a rogue company filing false copyright strikes on their behalf but now it turns out that they really did make the conscious decision to try to wipe Aba n Preach off the platform and they did so without communicating ahead of time that their stance on reaction content had changed. And they ignored Aba's attempts to resolve it in private and only backpedaled when he took it public? Super scummy behaviour from Jubilee
