As a native / current Kansas Citian, and an assistant golf club manager, I can confidently say that Hank Jones is an INTEGRAL part of the KC golf community. AND that this (as well as the last few infractions) are not only shams, but nearly most definitely attempts by struggling local courses to put a halt on 3JN in order to save face and revenue.

Hank is like a master designer of Kyoto Zen Garden: they would live on the piece of property that they were transforming into a garden - experiencing the land thru all that nature provided. And here: evidently, nature did “call”! Plus, if alcohol was present, Hank is experiencing the land as a typical weekend golfer might - buzzed on beer. As a top designer, he has Got to know what the user will go thru....it’s unfortunate the judicial system can’t see this aspect of true genius!
