The 49ers need to rebuild from scratch keeping only a few of the players they currently have on the roster. They need to build from the line out with a lot of youth injected into the roster. It's time to trade away all the older players who can still help a contender reach the SB this year for draft picks. Keep Purdy, Lenoir, Mustapha, Warner, Puni, and all the receivers except Bell and Conley. Build the offense around the OL and then add from their. They'll have a faster rebuild abs will have a chance for a dynasty. They have no chance with the current team at this point.

And to be perfectly honest, I'm ready for Kyle to go. Why? B Because Kyle is NOT some "mysterious" QB Whisperer that takes mediocre players and makes them greater! And his history is also chock full of wasted draft picks and trades. Kyle's problem has ALWAYS been his EGO! He will not allow any player to be good enough or accomplished enough to countermand any of his schemes. In this vain he always wants a useful automaton that will plug and play into his system. Not be good enough to change on the fly and make him look bad. Just think of the players Kyle has had the ability to get his hands on for a song, that he completely wiffed on. Both Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady wanted to play out the end parts of their careers in Sanf Francisco Scarlett and Gold and Kyle said no. Meanwhile Aaron has continued to put up great numbers when healthy, while Tom walked oof into the sunset with 1 more SB win, with a team that the Niners were equal or better than with the Bucs. To be honest, the only 2 QB's Kyle has been successful with in Jimmy Garrapolo and Brock Purdy, when looked at closely, they are really a lot closer in archetypes than they seem. Neither has a rocket type arm. Neither is able to scramble for major yards. And neither does well when haveing to play from behind, or off script. What they BOTH excel at on the other hand, is playing the "Saint" Alex (Smith) position. Hand off right. Hand off left. Up the gut. Make simple, short to medium throws. Check down to the back in times of trouble. Move the chains and DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER!!! When you take a look at the more successful teams in the league, they all have young, mobile, QB's who can get in and out of trouble with their legs. Have the arm strength to push the ball all over the field (especially deep) or can buy loads of time to play off script "back years" football when things go awry. Which brings us to the youth movement... Kyle cannot be trusted to coach up (or destroy) anymore young QB's!!! Taking a last look at all the "young" QB's that Kyle has had the ability to obtain or at least look at, he has failed miserably to improve in any way shape, form or fashion!!! Since taking over the Niners, Kyle has had: C.J. Beathard, Nick Mullens, Brandon Allen, and the disaster that was Trey Lance. And while all off them had some form of success while under center, none of them could become world beaters under Kyle's tutelage. Even for a specimen like Trey that checked off ALL the boxes coaches say they look for in a QB, Kyle simply deep sixed him even before the tires were kicked. More importantly, even if Trey were always destined to be a bust, how was he able to fool Kyle and John so convincingly as to mortgage 3 first rd draft picks and a third, for a player that they flounder so effortlessly? To methis is the ULTIMATE reason to NOT even consider letting Kyle get another young QB. Cause he has no history of even building the ones he has had. And let's not EVEN mention his failure to correctly access Patrick Mahomes when his time came up (although in fairness, a LOT of other coaches passed on Patrick as well, so there's that). But in the end analysis, I believe Kyle has gone as far as he can in San Francisco. And to be fair again, he has gone very far. 3 NFC titles, 3 chots at the Super Bowl. A good resume of Coordinators that became HC's under his watch. And a legacy of turning a once moribund team around into an NFL powerhouse. HOWEVER...this is San Francisco!! Not Jacksonville or Cleveland. Our goal has NEVER BEEN to be Just Good Enough!! We have a legacy of WINNING!!! And it's painfully apparent that he just isn't cut out for that task just yet in his career. ANd as the late great Bill Walsh used to posit; "It's better to get rid of a guy too early, then too late." Kyle's time is up.
