I have been having right shoulder pain for about 3 months now and just recently ordered this pillow system to see if I can relieve some of this pain during the night. Thank you for explaining the numbness, where the arteries and nerves come through from the head/chest/arm. I have had carpel tunnel in my right wrist, then later my right elbow (which I had PT for), and now my shoulder. Hopefully this pillow system will help out of time using it. But again, thank you for the very helpful information !

Thanks for this video. I just got this pillow yesterday. Last night I did not make it all night with it. Will try again tonight and move myself up.

Just got this pillow a couple of weeks ago hoping it would alleviate my shoulder pain. But so far it hasn’t helped , it’s actually gotten worse. So I took to the web to see if I could find out what I may be doing wrong position wise etc. Your videos have given me hope that it my work with proper positioning.

Thank you for your very extensive and very well explained videos. I ended up getting this version and returned it because it was just too long, and I felt like my body from my head to my knees was on it. I switched to the medium acid reflux version, and that was still too large. I then switched to the small acid reflux version, and it's just right. It's even a bit more plush compared to the other models. So far, I am really enjoying it.

Your discussion is very helpful. I’ve been waking up with tingling and pain in my arms for 10 years - I’ve consulted with numerous medical people - after watching your vids - I think I have a better understand of what’s happening. Thank you!

Thanks for this review! I have moderate scoliosis, and was in a "Boston" brace for 2+ years when I was ~12-14 yrs old. And that created 2 additional curves in my spine in order to kind of keep me aligned better instead of leaning over to the right. Apparently this can cause premature aging of spinal disks and this turned out to be true for me. I had my first disk herniation in 2008 when I was 38. After physical therapy didn't work, I had a failed discectomy in 2009. Lost my health insurance due to a divorce shortly after that so I ended up having to leave my career as a adolescent addictions counselor at the ripe old age of 40, then had to wait 2 years before I could qualify for Medicare. By that time I had 3 more herniated disks in my cervical spine to go along with the one in my lumbar spine. Plus one minor herniation in my thoracic spine. I finally had a fusion for the lumbar disk in 2014 after the pain had gotten so bad I was using a walker. Then had 2 of the 3 in my cervical spine fused. So I currently have the one in my cervical spine, the one in my thoracic, and 2 are now bulging right above the fusion in my lumbar spine. And then there's the tear and bursitis that comes and goes in my left shoulder from compensating for my lower back when I get up from the couch or chair, etc. I also have carpal tunnel syndrome (like who doesn't these days, Lol), and after watching your video, I'm fairly certain that I have an issue with my ulnar nerve in my right arm. The thing that initially tipped me off was when you talked about your two fingers going numb. So I did those tests with you and could barely get my right arm in that first position because of how tight it was, and now I've got some slight pain right around the crook of my elbow that's radiating downward a little bit. So yeah, that's looking like a possibility. 😅 Anyway, so all of that just to say that this year makes 14 years since I've gotten a good night's sleep. I'm a side sleeper, mostly in the cat position. But years ago I realized this aggravated my nerve compression causing me to wake up with more pain. And sleeping on my back causes both hands to fall asleep and that wakes me up. So I resorted to laying on my side with the arm on the bottom sticking straight out in front of my body, which means all of my weight is on my shoulder. Then I have a firm pillow on its side that I rest the other arm on in an effort to keep that shoulder from drooping, another pillow is between my legs to help my hip pain, and I've gone through a ton of different pillows for my head trying to keep my neck as aligned as possible. And then, after getting all of that situated, the pain wakes me up every hour, or 2, or 3 later and I have to roll over and start all over again. 🙃 I have always had very vivid dreams, and used to dream almost every night. But I rarely ever dream since all of this started. And that's how I know how terrible my sleeping. I'm just not getting into that deep sleep. And that's the kind of sleep that makes you feel rested. So I'm always tired, which of course causes a lot of anxiety and depression. I bet if I could just get some good sleep on a regular basis, a lot of that would go away. It probably won't help my spine issues, but if I could ease the anxiety and depression, it would likely help ease my pain some. Because all of these things are connected. So I'm seriously thinking about splurging on this pillow. $300 is a lot for a pillow, but you can't put a price on what a good night's sleep can do! So thanks so much for your reviews! They have really helped me in making this decision!

Thank you for your video 🙂 I just got one of these from my hubby for Christmas so last night was my first night trying it. I think I need the one you have - he got me the one that’s higher for acid reflux as he thought there was only one height. It’s way too high for me so we gonna swap for this shorter one. I was fooling with it and I found my shoulder/neck/arm comfort the same was you did, placing my hip higher. Also started like you did and couldn’t get my arm in positioned where it felt good until I went higher. But the one I have w/ higher incline is not good for my hips/ lower back and pressure on ribs was too much. I wound up taking the incline off and sleeping w/ just the two pillows - and I LOVE the body pillow. I can finally get rid of all my stacking and framing pillows...Lol. I hope the lesser incline does the trick as I wake up constantly with numbness, pain, tingling - I had ADR in C5/6 two year ago and also have lupus w/ carpal tunnel. Thank you for making this video!

I’ve been having everything you described, neck, shoulder, hand pain and numbness. I was tested for both cubital and carpal tunnel, and apparently my first rib is out of alignment. I just ordered this pillow, hopefully it can help. 🤞🤞

Hello, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this product. I viewed your first post hoping to understand what benefit I would receive from the purchase. I was on the fence. I will order now. I had low back and shoulder surgery some years ago and now I am experiencing some problems during sleep. Take care and again thank you.

Does this support the right shoulder too? I have acted reflux plus have pain all along my right side; shoulder and lower back. It is constant struggle to support my right side when I have to sleep on my left side for GERD.

I was interested in this but it's expensive...but that's ok provided it's a good product and the company is customer service oriented. Unfortunately, I did not want the white cases. SO, initially I thought, no problem as they sell the grey and blue covers and when I looked at the site, they sell ALL COLORS for the same amount of money (white, grey and blue). SO, I reached out and asked if I could get the whole system ($250 & $310) but with the darker colors. NOPE! They said they would not accommodate me. I asked why not, if the colored covers are the same price? No good reason - they just don't. I then asked if I bought the cheaper version (1 system with 1 set of covers @ $250, could they sell me the colored covers for the $60 difference ($310-$250 = $60)? Again, the answer was NO - the price is $80 ($35 + $45). In the end, I had to pass because they were not helpful. These are NOT inexpensive and if they sell all covers for the same price, why would I have to pay extra for the colored ones? Just swap them out...simple and get another happy customer. And yes, there is a 20% coupon that they seem to offer perpetually but the issue is the same - the discount applies to either the system or the individual pieces, so that does not really help with the issue.

I think you need a shorter wedge. The company's demo vid says hips should not be on the wedge. With hips on the wedge, one slides down causing arm numbness. This is addressed at time marker 2:00 in their 5 min demo video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXOQqa2Xpd5rp9k They sell three sizes. At 5'2" I'll be getting the shortest size for short torsos.
