He had to know the guy to some degree for trusting him to take the girl to the bus stop before. He was not a complete stranger. But still the father and the mother are a mess. Usually the court system prefers to give major custody to the mother if not half time, but in this case it was the father who had the major part of the custody which shows that both were not fitted to be parents. This tragedy started there for this innocent girl. It's interesting that the father has not spoken much, if at all, to the media; only the mother. May this poor girl be cared by the angels and taken to Heaven. Children are so very vulnerable, and even more in our times.

Most murders happen at the hands of someone close. It’s horrible that this little girl died at the hands of a family “friend”. Glad she was found, but sorry that it was in this way. RIP 🙏🏾

The police need to see if he has done this before this little girl. I blame the parents. Be watchful of who u have around your children. Their lives count on it !
