YSoShy It really depended on the day I used it at least once a day but sometimes twice a day. Hope that helps!

How much should you use? Does it feel sticky afterwards?

Use half a tsp to start if you need more take a little more. Once you add water the honey liquifies so as long as you wash it all off it won't be sticky.
