You realize the person it was announced who honked was the guy who murdered the woman? But, you did bring up a good point; it seems that ever since COVID, peoples' egos have become exaggerated, and that includes to the point of acting crazy in traffic. I watch a few of the dashcam channels, and some of the road rage incidents involve clashing egos. Oftentimes, someone acting entitled and completely ignoring another drivers right-of-way, and the driver who was originally in the right going into full 'not going to let it happen!' mode. The way this incident was described in the press conference seemed like there was a possibility the woman, with her ego making her feel invincibly entitled cut off the man who was 'not going to let it happen'; in spite of his honking, she refused to stop cutting him off. He rammed into her (maybe bumped) and things got out of control. But, I seriously think that for all of us who had COVID and survived it, it has possibly altered our minds just a tad bit where we have exaggerated our egos which is manifested in many areas in our lives including when we drive. Another possibility is they knew each other and this was some kind of extreme domestic situation or even without them having a relationship, he was a stalker of her. But, if they really had no connection as was indicated, I truly think COVID has screwed our minds up just enough to make us do irrational things rashly.

Reportedly she cut in front of him in the drive thru line so he rammed the back of her car. He must've been so angry and/or so hungry that he felt the need to kill her! No one deserves what he did to her! Then he became a coward and shot himself! Her dog was with her and had blood on him but wasn't injured. What are you talking about lady? My sister works at that taco bell and she said it was because the woman cut him off, making him angry. She then pulled into the parking lot to get away from him and he followed her, got out of his car, then committed this tragedy.

Williams had a criminal history, including weapons charges, and was out on bond on the condition he wouldn't have any firearms. This guy should have never been let out of jail. The courts have got to stop releasing these violent offenders. I don't care how many more jails or prisons they need to build.

To people saying the poor victim shouldn’t have cut the suicidal lunatic off and then the tragedy wouldn’t have happened are totally missing the point, that man was a ticking time bomb if the victim wasn’t there it probably would have been a Taco Bell employee who got his order wrong or forgot to add sauce to his meal, would any of you been saying it’s the employee fault for forgetting the sauce, it could have been something that in his mind happened but really didn’t happen the way he thought, bottom line he probably decided in advance that he didn’t want to be around anymore and to cause pain to others one last time he was going to take someone with him, so blaming the victim to rationalize his total irrational act is ridiculous.
