I have minor sensitivity to RF. Mine comes from a ton of dental work. That being said, when using RF, please remember to remove all jewelry and piercings from your body and any metal clips from your hair. It will help with tolerance. If you're like me and have a lot of dental work and crowns, avoid using RF near your mouth and cheek area.✌🏼❤

You CAN use the rf with fillers. Most fillers are hyaluronic, and you cant melt that like you do with the fat. We produce it naturally so there is no effect.

Traci Rizzo thank you for making the video I recently purchased the machine mine came with no instructions in there really is not for him any videos that really explain how to use it one thing I haven’t heard anybody say is how often in between sessions can you use it is it once or twice per week or once every 30 days I have no clue I know I’m supposed to drink a lot of water and then exercise immediately after any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Hi Traci! Massive thank you for helping newbies like myself who just got their machine! I got my 7 in 1 cavitation machine last week and haven't started using it because I couldn't find a good youtube until I came across yours. You're awesome! So, 40K first (with gel), then vacuum (wipe off gel first), and last is body RF (reapply gel for this). Correct? And how long for each of these three steps? Could you break it down for me please? Say someone wants multiple sessions done on her legs, granted she drinks a lot of water in between, can you do them at 2 day-intervals? What about working on different body areas, can you do the procedure on consecutive days or best to give the liver a break in between? Regarding the lipo pads, can you do a session and use just that? And if so, for how long max? As a personal trainer, I turned my garage into a gym so because I have an elliptical machine, there's great incentive in doing the pads and then offer a 30min session on the cardio machine. Thanks for confirming this. Lastly, I got my 1-person infrared sauna yesterday and was thinking about including a 30-min sauna post-cavitation session in the few packages I will put together? The vacuum REALLY hurts. You say don't put on gel. I heard one can put on massage oil cause I find it dry and unbearable w/o something. Also you say do cavitation for 30 for the thighs. Is that 30 min on EACH leg or 30 for both. Do I also do the vacuum for 30 and RF for 30? Last question: Can I do my legs every other day or would that be too much? You are FABULOUS! Thx.

Anne DeSalvo Actress For the cavitation, 30 minutes per area so for legs, per leg 😉 I’ve had them done professionally in a salon for 6 treatments prior to buying my own machine. Love it!!! Also, you can use the RF head first prior to the cavitation head then after as well. Awesome results!

If you have fillers you should not do the RF because you will basically break the fillers down and they will metabolize or fade away faster.

Clowsky thank you. And since you are going somewhere to have cavitation done it will depend on that rules of the company that is doing it. Everything I've read says to wait a day or two in between which would probably make sense for the best outcome bc you need to be very hydrated for cavitation to really work well. So if for some reason they agree to daily treatments then immediately after you want to do cardio then start drinking. Cardio and water helps move the cell waste through the lymph system and the new water to rehydrate.

immandrew it depends. If I'm just doing my neck (under my chin) 15 min. If I'm doing my face and neck 30 min. But I really try to avoid doing my whole neck and really just focus on under my chin because I try to avoid my thyroid since I'm not sure of the effects it can have on it.

Melanie Nurnberger u must use gel or the RF will feel like a hot poker. I did a search for ultrasound gel on eBay and purchased a gallon jug of it pretty cheap. I think about 20 or $30. For personal use that's about a years worth.

Be careful. I bought my first machine from China (eBay). Pretty sure that it was a fake and it gave me electric shocks all the time. I dumped it pretty quickly. My new machine is also from China but I learnt my lesson. This supplier is an OEM who is also CE approved, with a good guarantee. It has newer technology and doesn't ring- but you pay a bit more. They will give you a FDA approved certificate but again you will pay more. Its not just the frequency its the ability of the machine to consistently deliver at that frequency without change. You don't want to muck around with MHZ and KHZ lightly. I suggest that you do some research to get the machine that suits you. 40KHZ is recommended for fat cavitation, the face usually less intensive MHZ.

@@Lee-wb8mt I have a machine similar to this one. I have read information and watched so many videos. I also have had the skin tightening done at a dermatologist. From what I have read, you should heat up the area with the RF first for a few minutes then use the cavitation head; if you are trying remove fat, then use the suction and follow with skin tightening RF again. The key to this working its best is to be very hydrated before and after. Also, you must do an aerobic exercise following the treatment; at least 15 minutes. In the instructions it says not to ear 2 hours prior to the treatment. During my office treatment they suggested using the cavitation head 15 minutes for each area. This will give the dermis time to heat and the heat will reach the hypodermis layer to vibrate or heat the fat cells. The face RF or Tri polar wands are used for skin tightening. You should do those for the 15 minutes as well. These heat the dermis and cause the skin to produce collagen. For full and best effect you should do 8 to 10 treatments of the area.Also, you are suppose to wait; I believe 72 hours in between the cavitation sessions. I would not suggest doing more than one area at a time. The fat and fluid has to be expelled through the lymph system and urine. You must keep flushing by drinking water and through movement of the body. So, keep drinking plenty of water in the following days and do some aerobic exercise or HIIT to get your body moving.
