Good costumer support ... i had also a issue with BloodRecords with a zoetrope edition that the obi with the handwriting numbered was compeletely damaged and they sent me a new obi strip to replace it ... they should be more careful with the mail packaging ... but its great when everything ends well ... and now you have a cover that you can frame it ... ehehh ;) Keep on Spinning ;) greetings from Portugal Filipe
