PJ Patterson is the master mind for all the highways in Jamaica? Highway 2000, North South highway, Marcus Garvey Drive, 3 mile flyover, Mandela highway, Constant spring, Barbican road, Camp Rd and New gate for Up Park Camp etc. The Montego Bay perimeter road that Andrew Holness is doing is a part of the North Coastal highway and Highway 2000 is going to run right into it all the blueprints for that were done by the PJ Patterson administration. All the blueprints for all the highways in Jamaica were done by Stanley Consultant from the United States Of America. Andrew Holness even joked about it in Parliament telling the opposition you do the planning and I'll do the work😊😅
