What beautiful surroundings and a classic house. I am so excited to see what you do with it! I forgot how soft and soothing your voice is...lol

I’m American and I just don’t understand my fellow Americans’s need for large bathrooms. You only do a few things in there and they don’t need to be the size of NY city apartments. We bought a 1200 year old tower/house on the coast between Rome and Naples. Very small Bathrooms we’re keeping original size. Your house is going to look fantastic and the garden space has huge potential. Will be a joy.

There is a difference between a large bathroom and the one we need.i do not want to sit on the tub and brush my teeth nor do I want my elderly MIL to not be able to safely pass to the toilet. Large is relative.

I love the Art Deco furniture! I hope you keep all of it. It could all go in the master bedroom and your studio/office space. Beautiful views out the windows. Can’t wait to see the renovations.

Que bella vista! So classic. Great tour, and I especially like the garden. Would really enjoy digging into a garden project like that. 💫

We would really like to see how it’s going, and we hope you keep YouTubing! It can take some time to build a channel.
