Update Tesla software without Wifi - Hotspot

Well i have no problems with new updates. In my garage, It pops up on my Tesla display screen, I start it up, and takes only 20 minutes to complete. So far the updates have not cause any daily driving problems. I just get up early enough to see if an update is needed. While the Tesla is in the garage, I am connected to my WIFI/internet. I don't use my phone to start updates, not necessary.

I thought supercharger location had tesla wifi in many locations.
