DJI launched their latest firmware upgrade for the DJI Mic 2 on August 9, 2024, exciting as the release notes have said they've updated the EQ settings inside the transmitters to make them sound fuller and brighter. DJI mic 2 was known to have a muddy/boxy sound out of the box when compared to other brands such as Rode and even recent Hollyland mics.
