I finally got one 6 months ago. It's smooth as long as you're on a smooth surface, not really great on sidewalks, you feel every bump.

Wife has a Jazzy select, great chair but is basically limited to the house, we have a compact automobile & therefor are unable to to use it when we go anywhere, so we use a manual wheelchair. This seems to be a much better solution. We were thinking of purchasing a mobility scooter, but this seems to be less of a hassle free solution since it operates similar to the Jazzy and doesn't need to be disassembled for transport.

I was wondering how this chair does on going over bumps. The cut curbs in my area are sometimes a little higher than most so I need a chair that can still get over the curb

I have to get a running start at the highest power setting in order to get out of my house, over the threshold (1/2"-1").Coming back inside is fine. The chair is wonderful and I'm glad I have it. Don't expect it to be other than what it is, though. I find it to be underpowered. It has no customizable features, and does not stop on a dime. It is a great travel chair and comes almost fully assembled, as shown in the video. I'm very pleased to have it.
