Hello LBD, posting this to comment on Deathsield. While I think the Bulwark is a fine choice and can still get through end game content, it lacks in every area vs. the DS, aside from the clip size (which due to the fire rate on the Bulwark, depletes just as fast while doing less damage). 1. Fortress. Forget about the armor here, the 30% damage Fortress provides is on a weapon mod, so it frees up an armor slot for more damage mod (like Bloodlust, which you should run on any FP build along with Sharp eye in my opinion). 2. Has insane base damage vs Bulwark. Think regular assault rifle vs tactical assault rifles for techno. The 87.4K DS you have in your inventory (and even the lowest FP rolled DS), will do more damage than a 99.4K Bulwark. 3. Longer range due to being a narrow variant, so more damage from distance when you're out of close range (which is nice to have). 4. 15 clips vs. 30 clips. Now you mention keeping ammo up. This should be no problem on Trickster, simply due to Instant Reload and Ammo Bargain (which in my view should be in any FP build). You can also just get by with Instant Reload and never lose ammo, but the gameplay suffers. I mentioned up above regarding the fire rate on the Bulwark. If you were to shoot both weapons side by side, they will both deplete ammo at around the same rate (15-0 and 30-0) due to the higher fire rate of the Bulwark. So keeping ammo is basically the same between both guns and again, should not be an issue due to Instant Reload + Ammo Bargain. I'm all for trying a different build out etc, but you can't title something BIG DPS and miss out on a weapon that will provide the BIG DPS (not being toxic, just stating a point). 5. Don't discount the Weapon Life Leech on the Deathshield. It's a lifesaver, literally. Probably not needed for this build as you're a tanky boi, but wanted to mention it nonetheless. Lastly, I did want to note that Strong Twist is very misleading. The 15% scales off of your Anomaly Power so in the end, on a pure FP build this is like about 6K more firepower. So might as well go Bloodlust there or anything else really (but I do understand you want to utilize the set bonus, so maybe some adjustments can be made elsewhere). *While this build is passable for solo play as it is, in group play (duos and trios), it will suffer heavily.*

@@PlayDohBear see that's the thing, the first thing you said was forget about armor. I was purposely trying to reach max pdr and still do dmg. Losing 5% from bleed instead of fortress I would still say had big dps as I have literally all dmg up talents except 2 and those are for the armor buff for time and mitigation from death. You mention bloodlust ect, that's already on there. Also I understand how some talents scale off ap.. but when it says 15% firepower, I say 15% firepower. With an average view time of under 5 mins on a 15 min video I don't have time to break down every little thing as I'm usually wasting my breath and it goes unheard. I checked the dmg between my 87 shield and my 93 bulwark, the bulwark is .1 higher! If I swap out anything for extra reload I lose a dmg talent.. the only way I can see getting more dmg (without going all purple) is use the deathshield with fortress and dark sacrifice, and swap 25 bleed dmg for buckshot shells putting me at 205 base instead of 188. I've ran this plenty of times with randoms as well as friends and never had a problem staying alive or with ammo, and usually do top dmg so to say it's going to struggle in duos or trios is just not true. Sorry not trying to be toxic but I'm getting a little sick of the massive criticism over a minute amount of dmg and some basic wording. Thnx for the input! I'd love to do world records someday but I guess that's just not in the cards.

Man I do understand what you're saying about the deathshield, it does a little more dmg with fortress opening a slot for another dmg up on the build, (I was going with buckshot shells before) but was still struggling with ammo. The base dmg is higher, except for mine, like i said my bulwark is .1 higher than my garbage deathshield, and comes with leech. Ammo consumption is similar due to rate of fire bc of the different varient but to me still feel more stress on the ammo. I got it and understand but still I have a problem with keeping ammo up and the bleed has been working for me! Just trying something different chasing that max pdr bc with fortress you cannot hit max 85, usually gets stuck around 79 which is another reason why I switched. Thnx for being cool and not attacking me like your friends! 😂

Looks like a real good build. I had took about 7 months off of the game and started back this week. I have been using grenade techno, and faser beam pyro and doing just fine. I had stayed off of trickster because of not having any luck on in the past but after seeing this build it looks like I need to give it another shot. Looks like tomorrow night I need to get back on trickster and get to work.

u can circumvent the reload trick with the lvl 2 perk, that if you kill an enemy affected by bleed you get 50% ammo back

It is very similar mechanics but much faster paced! Gear set bonuses, legendary (exotic) weapons with changing talents, end game content ect ect. With another dlc coming soon hopefully! Give it a try! I can't do division right now and I used to live on that game lol

@@geomagg8158 only real difference is base dmg and how it scales. Anemoi has higher rpm than the deathshield, but if they both start shooting at the same time they both finish about the same so really personal preference!

I would say try the trespasser set, it's great for clearing the mobs of little guys and makes it easy for the team! If you have a techno check out my solo eye of the storm build. 👍👍

Yep! I'm actually using trespasser right now and it's crazy! It will work the same but better if using all apocalyptic gear to get the 5 more talents! I'll be posting soon, just been on the grind for perfect stuff and it's rough lol 😆

@@Zeerekbloodhoof ohh I was just referencing trespasser bc it's an old set that still works great! I used chrono early on and seemed to still work nice. Also once you start leveling up your ascension level, those points make a big impact on any build! Give it a try!

On trickster does the dark sacrifice still tick away at your health or does it tick away at the shield first?

Yes unfortunately it does lol.. I think it's health. But with this build taking away 85% physical dmg should help! 👍

I'm struggling with the trickster build, got my anaonly power to 27.4 power, knocked my armour right down. Any advice please kind sir?

With trickster if going dps, I wouldn't worry much about anomaly power but focus on pure dps! If you feel a bit squishy, try using a piece rolled to max health! I used a health node on the tree as well. Also mods like mitigation from death will boost armor. If you have a deathshield I would say try that bc fortress boosts dmg and armor! Hope this helps!

I dont understand why you use strong twist in a top tree build? The mod scales from your anomaly power and not firepower And you have Gunshield giving you 30% and agressive teleportation thats an awesome mod?

@@LDBGAMING Really? For me, whatever it is teleportation, time rewind, or bubble, if i run out of ammo it just start reloading. I need to attack in melee ar be staggered for animation to stop, otherwise I lose anomaly bullets. They all work fine if you have at least 1 bullet left in magazine, but if you start reload and use ability to insta-refil it continue reloading, sometimes anomaly its still on after that, sometimes not. U could test that yourself, I bet you will have the same situation. :P

@@jaellpeerless ahh so your your having problems with ammo on the reload animation..it happens to everyone lol. If that happens use a different skill that is not on cooldown to stop the animation, or roll that usually does it for me too. For me after I play with a weapon for a couple days I start to know when to teleport to reload before needing too, kinda like muscle memory.

I just can't bring myself to enjoy shotguns in this game. Especially automatic ones. They don't seem to do any damage and they just waste rounds

This was originally supposed to be an AR build but I scrapped it bc the shotguns get that extra dmg node on the class tree. I was using the amber vault with killing spree and dark sacrifice, then swap out the 25 bleed dmg for dum dum bullets! Give it a shot! More rounds before you have to reload! 👍👍

@@LDBGAMING so far I'm not enjoying the trickster more than my techno. They just seem weak in comparison and most(if not all) of their abilities just seem to be terrible. I'm hoping it'll change once I get him to max lvl. Love your build though.
