The AP build trickster also benefits a lot from time rift, and AP stacking, with the 'a little bit of pain mod' that deals 71% of your AP power per second during 6 seconds. This is so OP that AP builds can basically kill all trash, captains and elites with ONLY the time rift, using temporal blade just to the really big stuff like brood mothers or bosses with three health bars, and even then you kill this with only one, at max two rotations of hunt the prey/time rift and temporal blade

@@theFullMeasure you're welcome mate, if you wanna try this out, other important mods are: the one that triples time rift range, the one that doubles lift time, and pain transfer. For the temporal blade double slice, and for hunt the prey the one that decrases cooldown. Not so important mods, but can work great: for time rift the one that puts vulnerable on all enemies affected by it, and the one that decreases all enemy resistences by 35% ir something, for temporal blade the cooldown reduction one. For a weapon, as you will rarely, if ever shoot anything, doesnt really matter, but i like to use something with armor piercing and fortress. Tresspasser armor set for the bonus, since time rift you'll be your main damage dealing power. And stack as much cooldown reduction and anomaly power as possible, doing that by stats, mods and class nodes

I made a video on my channel about what I think is the most underused and underated skill. Borrowed time with twisted rounds. The lvl 1 mods for borrowed time is insane. Having 100k armor activating borrowed time jumps up to 500k armor (yes I know mitigation is capped at 85%) Try running borrowed time with hunt the prey (with reload mod on armor) and twisted rounds. Nearly unkillable, and the firepower bonus from borrowed time spikes damage to ridiculous levels. Use voodoo matchmaker with damage link and maybe shadow comet with FP bonus mods on kill. Take down a brood mother and anything near it with half a clip while taking multiple alphas without breaking a sweat.

I love how you created a budget build for Technomancer but I’d also like to see the same for all the others since New Horizon. My biggest frustration is from L45-50, too much upgrade cost and not enough quality drops.

I've been playing Trickster almost exclusively since launch. That's 99.9% the Trickster I've been running since New Horizons released. I use damage mitigation instead of absorber, I think that's about it, and after watching this I may swap out. I find my Trickster has always been insane single target even before NH, but now we have crowd control and AoE we didn't used to have and it makes a HUGE difference. Excellent guide for those looking to maximize their Trickster builds.

Been using a AP trickster for a while now its my go to if i want to help friends out.but....I've given this build a go and I love it I'm like a space/time ninja. I'm a console player and I've seen between 1-2 Mill crit hits. I assume that's what criteria hits are when they are gold coloured. I'm not that accurate lol.

The damage is unreal it is situational and it struggles against birds and gets dicey in open areas, but overall it's super fun and the damage is insane.

try using a AR with freeze mod for the birds, i hate those bastards with a passion...what i do before i go into a section i know i switch my 2nd primary weapon to a weapon that can freeze certain annoying enemies

Appreciate the feedback. My feeling is that all of these builds can be scaled towards, building up piece by piece and mod by mod. It's counter intuitive to spend resources towards a build that you will completely overhaul and go in another direction once you aren't a 'noob' anymore. Rather start right from the get go. Duly noted though, perhaps a video on some 'general' tips in building a class etc. Thanks for the suggestion :)

@@theFullMeasure Good point, that's how I managed my Devastator main. I guess the difference between the two is that Dev is mainly slower dps, where Trickster dies so much more frequently while grinding up gear.

@@psmith6166 You can run this build without the Trespasser set just fine, after all that's what Tricksters were doing before New Horizon. If you don't have Ammo Bargain and Instant Reload, you can run the bleed version of this build with Bulwark instead of Deathshield and Vampiric Mag mod. Can also slap on the T3 mod that make you not consume ammo when shooting enemies affected by Time Rift (Tiago used to sell the armor with this mod, but I'm not sure how it works now that you can refresh his stock), which is great for elites if you don't have a whole lot of damage, especially if you run the mod that doubles Time Rifts duration. When I was gearing up my Trickster I ran those mods and got to CT12-13 fairly comfortably.

Those pieces don't have the mods baked in that you automatically want, so just easier to get the right mixture of mods with that group. I think it's better than Ugake due to the changes to the set in New Horizon. Time Rift is amazing now. Appreciate the support :)

@FullMeasure trying this build mate, how did you get the T3 Ammo Bargain on the Epic Upper armor? I don’t get any T3 mod options when I try improving rarity with Zahedi so I’m rather stuck with the upper and lower armor pieces

Ammo bargain is one of your reload mechanisms, so I wouldn't replace it. But you could look at some mods which stack against statuses like more damage to bleeding if you are using Bone Shrapnel for instance

@@jmarks3980z couple of tips it's really foggy where the boss spawns so u can't really see how to avoid his attacks. U can lure him to the beginning of the map where u can see him and most of the ads won't follow you. Use a skill that interrupts chain lighting everytime he does it that his most deadly attack. Cause the lighting keeps striking the spot even tho the circle has disappeared and u can't see it and it will kill most builds with two strikes

Definitely not a class i play or like to play, but since the 2 major mod changes i may just dabble into other characters more, got them to max and just never played with them again, mainly because they are soooo damn squishy.

Sure, but that's not the only damage ramp mechanic. Also, most boss fights(all of them really) come with trash alongside the boss, which you can use.
