Your section should be the size of the end of the rod (3/4 inch rods= 3/4 inch width of sections of hair to roll). Hope it makes sense. It’s cute and adorable that your partner is assisting you with process. He’s a keeper!

Do u rinse your hair after taking perm rods out after neutralizer?? Or ??? My box told me to do that and my perm went straight 😭🤯🤣😳

Thank you for the video, it was really helpful. :) However, I am sorry I didn't quite catch the last step. So after unrolling the rods (let down your hair), you apply neutralizer again. Then, that's it? No final light rinse of the hair. Next, we wait 48 hours to wash with any hair product? :( Could anybody help me clarify this doubt?

Do you prefer this perm kit over any others? I have long thick hair and I have a hard time keeping curls in. I haven't used this formula yet though. Also, how soon can you perm after the first time?

This is the only brand that I’ve tried and I love it. I like how it has argan oil in it and that the instructions are very clear cut. I usually wait a full year before I perm again. Some women wait 2-3 months. I guess it really depends on your hair and your needs :)

sumr burks if you’ve dyed your hair a lot in a year it won’t be good for it, you normally have to wait a year or so without dye before doing a perm. I’m in cosmetology school. The PH in the perm is so high especially in the alkaline perms

Hi, just did a perm. Does your hair flatten and straighten during the first 2 days from sleeping on it, cause mine look like that. Just wanted to know if this is normal. Can't wet or wash yet so just a bit freaked out. Thanks for the vids and you have beautiful hair.

Yeah it usually will look flat for the first 48 hours but once you wash, it should bounce back
