Hello Satone! Thank you for making these videos! Would you mind making a video on your training routine? It would be interesting to watch how much and what kind of training does a professional climber do in Japan. Questions I personally have: - How many days per week do you climb? - How long are your climbing sessions? - What do you work on during your climbing sessions? - Do you do any sort of strength training? (pull-ups, fingerboard, other muscles?) - What does your diet look like?

Love seeing the holds you have on your wall. Lots of holds that I'm not used to seeing in the states. I've always considered buying holds from one of the Japanese hold companies but haven't before so I appreciate the little review on the holds you have!

Are Kilter & Tension boards popular in Japan? Those + moon are often typical for home walls in USA. I got all 3 in my garage aha!
