Dear Trina Louise, I take anti depressants and anti psychotic meds and will do (probably) for the rest of my life. I felt embarrassed and ashamed initially and it has taken me some time to feel more comfortable with it and I don’t always feel absolutely comfortable telling everyone but I’m doing ok. I had a catastrophic breakdown in 2008, which had followed 2 smaller episodes. I hope it’s ok to talk about this here but I was desperately I’ll and knew it. I drove to my local hospital and crawled along the corridors begging for help. I took hold of a nurse, not with any I’ll intent, just begging for help. That was rock bottom for me and the only way was up. I fought hard to pull myself up and with the help of meds and some close family, I did it! But I never take good mental health for granted. Thankyou for giving me the space to talk about this, it feels good x

I'm 38 Trina, haven't had children and don't regret it. I've fostered lots of dogs and have 4 Boston terriers at the moment. 🙃 Maybe fostering dogs would give you more flexibility? Charities will cover the care costs and it also enables you to travel in between foster placements without the worry of leaving a beloved pet behind 🥰

The question about the summer vacations was mine and I am rly glad that u mentioned Greece that is my homeplace 🙈🥰 so my suggestion would be to visit first Athens and then by boat to visit a couple islands in Cyclades. The boat takes just 2-3 hours and is a nice experience. As for my favorite islands to visit are Milos, Santorini & Paros. Many many kisses ❤️❤️

I was Shielding too and our lives are opening up somewhat as well (over 20 years on steroids). But since masks, we're abandoned it's made life more complicated. I'm in my 60s (gulp) but love your channel. Your fashion stuff is fab (size 30 too) and pretty much everything else too!

Glad your mental health is better now. People who have never suffered it don't realise that it takes over all aspects of your life. And it can be so tiring mentally. Make up videos please. And plus size fashion. Best wishes with everything you do. xx.

Lesvos is a beautiful Greek island depending what you want from an island its more quieter not the usual party type island , also Malta is beautiful if you like island holidays very historic and loads to do x
