i went out good i got fedup in the late 70;s Oakland changed as did what the members they were letting in. i said enough of this b.s im gone.some of the old members also left. was a waste of time after 1978, things went bigtime downhill, was not bargers fault. well to apoint it was. but not totally,it also got to political im glad i went out when i did was not to long after the feds arrested anyone who they even thought were a memeber. f them. i was investigated for 3 years.i got fedup said either arrest me or get the f out. im no longer riding. i was not envolved in club bussiness. the clubs are not what they used to be. not worth it.
