As a feral main, I love the change of the armor type usage ! One of the best additions in Cata. Also the role change is a blessing for solo queue-ers.

im ngl i like the loot/gear changes in cata. i always hated running around in leather as a warrior. it felt so stupid. not to mention, it stops people rolling need on your items when they don't even need it or cant equip it. (flashbacks)

Fun fact about the dungeon finder in cata: in cataclysm you had to physically go to the entrance of a dungeon once to explore it before you actually could que up for it. this way blizzard made sure people knew where the entrance is in case you wiped.

Hi Karrot, can you check-Out the leveling xp from TBC Heroic Dungeons please? Back in the day I remember that due to the changes they applied, it was insane how much xp you got with this dungeons up to 81-82. (long time ago so cant remember up to which level it was cool, as it needed like 5 dungeons runs or so of a TBC heroic to get a level). minmaxed of course by not killing bosses and resetting the dungeons. Thank you. *edit (soloing them)

does the fact that there is a gamma system pretty much mean the base level heroics will be the post nerf ones? I'm really sad if so, the original launch HC dungeons were peak cata content

Well thats the thing, at this stage we don't know yet. Hopefully it is the pre-nerf versions and the gamma stuff is actually decent content but god knows at this stage

​@@TheMightyKarroti don't remember the Q&A where it was said but one of the devs said they're commited to bringing out the original difficulty. My guess is they start with the original difficulty, then bring out some sort of gamma/beta system and making base heroics post Nerf difficulty.

Itll be nice as a priest when a pally doesn't try and steal my cloth upgrade 😂 Also you should make a guide to every heroic dungeon because a lot of people arent going to understand mechanics at the start of the expansion and itll be nice if i dont have to explain every fight for the first few weeks

I think I mentioned it either in this video or another one, i'm starting to lose track, but that is the plan, I just want to wait until we know what kind of heroic we're getting and what the numbers are like. I'll do it in the beta if im lucky enough to get in, failing that it'll probably be one of the first big projects I do once the game launches.

⁠@@intogaming7412Cata dungeons on launch were way more difficult than any wrath dungeon. You had to implement CC on mobs and actually do mechanics on bosses.
