Hey man, I’m an old wow player and have recently returned to play cataclysm after 12 year break and absolutely loving it. One question I desperately want the answer to, is how do you get the little Tank, Healer, and DPS icons on your party members portraits at 6:25 ? I remember this being normal back in the day when I played wow, but since returning, it’s been driving me INSANE in dungeons as a healer when I’ve not been able to see who the tank is, as my party group portraits don’t have their role icons like yours do. I’ve scoured the options but couldn’t see anything. In the end I’ve resorted to changing party icons to raid frames as this shows me the role icons, but it means I can’t see healers Mana so when I’m playing tank I keep pulling sometimes without realising the healer needs to regen. PLEASE can you be a star and tell me how to get the role icons in dungeons on party frames?

The upgraded set should have been better than T1. I actually got the sorcerer's set on my mage during actual vanilla, and it was frustrating that people were getting better gear for WAY less effort. There's no diminishing the badge of honor aspect though. People respected the complete set.

Why did you stop uploading

I locked my experience gain at 19, 29, 40 and might do so at 60 soon. This allows me to finish the zone I am in and go through the next zone not getting any lvls at all. This means that by the end of the next zone I am facing red mobs. Also allows me to do the dungs without the fear of getting to much exp. In the end, the red mobs are not much of a problem too, but I challenge myself with pulling big packs and aoeing them down on my own. Or killing red elites on my own. That's pretty fun and makes me learn the class as well, i.e. I actually have to use my full toolkit including defensive abilities and health potions. I know it might be a wierd way to play, but I am really enjoying it, and it allows me to actually experience the zones with some challenge to them. It is slower, though, so definetely not recommended for someone who wants to reach 85 asap.

I cannot find info anywhere and don't want to waste items to test. A low level leather, can a shaman learn it? a low level mail, can a warrior learn it? now that the game is out a week, do you know?

can i ask you something pls.. i have herbalism and enchanting on my characters and im alll about making gold in cataclysm, i was wondering if it would be better to remove my enchanting and level up mining so i have both herbalism and mining or just keep going with my enchanting herb ? <3 <3 <3

Anyone knows, what lvl my character needs to max lvl a profesion on cataclysm (525)?

Cata leveling is so mind numbingly boring that I have to respec every few levels to not tire out, as you get core abilities at level 10 so it's spam all the way to 80+. Dual spec is only 10G, mount training is cheap, so there was absolutely no semblance of a challenge anywhere. I never even bought or ate food while leveling because there was no need to. Only death was falling down from Tanaris to Uno'goro as the noggenfogger buff fell off, and even with rez sickness I could still kill mobs! That was the only time I used bandages... You have a nice sounding voice

they gotta do better about letting customers know the details about the expansion, its release date and time smack dab on the launcher, and a page that explains things to help people get back up to speed. my dumbass didnt even know the content wasnt available and i raced to get my char boost only to realize that i could have just leveled in the amount of time before it comes out haha

They did this because they wanted to immediately release MOP classic. But I prefer it if vanilla, tbc, and wotlk are reset using the classic+ method

Anyone who thinks Blizz should delay Cata so hunters can summon their pets anywhere can suck a nut. IMHO they should have cut hunters to save time for the rest of development lol. Tiny little features like this are NOT worth delaying major content for.

I'm not surprised in the least about any of this. Most of the classic andys were never gonna play cata anyways because "it's just retail now." Vanilla to wotlk is widely accepted and considered to be "real" classic, even wotlk is pushing it for some people. So, blizzard just not caring about the state of cata sucks, but it's not really surprising or unexpected.

well it seems a lot of class talents buggeed as well - for example my favourite - BDK with improved blood presence get 0% to rune regen and chance to be critically hit increased by 100% :)
