Good day dream abroad. Thanks for the good job you are doing. I have a question relating to mistake you realized after the LAA (Manitoba). This issue is that I realized I mistakenly claimed additional 100 points because I did not have a clear interpretation of licensed profession. This took my score to 722 instead of 622. Someone called my attention to it on a forum. My concern is that if I had not claimed the score I would have still gotten the LAA. Please I will like to request for your advice on what I should do, should I go ahead and still submit the full application or decline the LAA.

Hello, I have a question regarding filling out the 'date of language test results released'. In my profile pre- ITA, I put 3rd December, 2021( the date I received email for test results), but later I found out I should have put the date on which officials had signed on test report form WHICH IS 4TH December. Hi. What if spouse (secondary applicant) has just first name on all certificates, no middle or last name, then what should we put in his family name? As unlike for main applicant, all name fields for spouse are required to fill express entry profile form.

I worked in one company from 7th September 2018 to 31st December 2019. Then I got new employment contract with same company from 20th January 2020 which remains till 10th May 2020. However, I was not working from 25th March 2020 to 17th April 2020 due to COVID-19. My employer already mentioned this gap due to COVID-19 in reference letter. Before ITA I have shown September 2018 to May 2020 as my employment by assuming that I just have to show month and year. Is it ok to show one employment like this or do I have to show three separate employment records in work history? If I have to show three employment then can I change it? Please reply Thanks

My daughter is having enough money in her account since June 19 and she is planning to file her pr application in January 20.Her bank is refusing to give proof of funds as per Canada format explained by you. Should she transfer funds in other bank obc who will provide letter as per format along with current balance letter from existing bank to prove funds 6 months old. Or she transfer funds into my account and I return in her account as gift deed.

I will turn 30 on 22nd Jan 2020, I am ready with my ECA and IELTS but my spouse's ECA got delayed for some reason. If I create a profile mentioning "travelling without spouse" my CRS score will be decent enough to receive an ITA in the next draw. I want to know will I be able to change the companion status post ITA once my spouse's ECA is done?? My brother received an ITA from IRCC yesterday (in express entry Canadian experience program). However, he just discovered that the date of result in IELTS he had put was wrong. The date result was 4 June and he had put was 8 June. Now given this error, should he still go ahead and accept the invitation? or he should decline it, refurbish the application and stay in the pool and wait for another chance? If before ITA someone has committed mistake in the job experience year however it will not affect the CRS score as it is more than 3year, so after receiving ITA is it possible to explain the situation in LOE.

great video! thanks a lot! I received an ITA today after the draw was announced. Upon checking my application, I see that I've answered 'YES' to the 'intended work in canada' section whereas it should be 'NO' as i started working in Canada after receiving my PGWP. I am qualified under CEC category and will be completing my 3 years work experience in 2 weeks. I don't have positive LMIA from my employer. Will my PR application be refused based on my 'yes' response to the 'intended work in canada' question? Note: I checked my score in the CRS calculator again today and it is not decreasing after answering 'NO'. So the points are the same and I'm not sure if my application will get approval or not. I believe that because I said 'NO' to the positive LMIA question, I never got the points for having an offer letter. so should i refuse the ITA and correct the 'intend to work in canada' answer to NO and wait for ITA again? or should I accept my current ITA and attach LOE for the document when asked?

Hello there. An urgent query about a related topic. After expiry of existing EE profile, when one is about to re-create/ resubmit the Express Entry profile, under the category Immigration and Citizenship Status/History of the form, it asks two questions: 1) Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Canada any time in the past? 2) Have you applied for express entry before? ... So to these questions - does the answer have to be a Yes or No? For context - I've not been lucky enough to get a successful ITA (despite a 471 score) since last 11.5 months - my profile is about to expire in about 10 days. So do we reply : Yes I have applied to IRCC before + Yes, I have applied for Express Entry before ?? Not sure if they count submission of EE profile as an application - am really not getting any clear answer on this. And If someone says No, then won't they count the next application as a completely fresh one and then the person loses out on all the Age of my profile as they do look at how old the profile is in the tiebreak rule.

I got my ITA, on Aug19, 2021. when I applied for CEC I said I had experience of 2 years and my points came up to 472 (cutoff was 404). Now when I was collecting documents and my employer sent me total hours I have worked are 2820 = (480+1560+720) instead of 3120(2 years equivalent hours). Thus there is inconsistency in the documents and points I have applied for. According to document, my points should be 459. Should I revoke my profile and apply again? Or What should I do? Please help.
