Updating ILO 4 Firmware and BIOS on HPE Proliant servers

HPE iLO 4 firmware and BIOS on HPE Proliant servers can be updated easily through the iLO web GUI. This procedure could be implemented even if the server doesn’t boot or a previous update has crashed, but the iLO is still accessible.

Почему просто не запустить инсталятор ПО ilo4 как написано на сайте hpe? Run the Component on the host to be updated. The component will update the iLO 4 firmware and reset the iLO 4 processor зачем использовать второй вариант с ручной установкой

Isn´t there a way to run intelligent provisioning from usb or cdrom rather that from ilo. Gen 6/7smart update did not cause all this trouble
