Thank you for once again being so eloquent on something that needs to be brought up in the pagan community in general, not in Irish paganism. Your perspective on these issues is of great value and would be meaningful to me even if I didn't feel particularly drawn to Irish paganism. I especially like you noting that verification is with *the lore* and in relationship, not just what is popular with others. And your point about wanting to be special is so well put. Thank you thank you.

Hello Lora, Thank you for this video. This is a constant concern of mine. I’m constantly questioning messages I believe I’m receiving and trying to make sure it’s truly a message instead of what I want to hear. Thank you for this advice. It was much needed. At least, for me anyways.

I needed this thank you ,we have a group that meets once a week and I always say pray on your gods and see if this is even coming from them.Alotvof times their messages sound Nordic but they push for it coming from the morrigan because it involves a crow.thank you again many blessings

Very informative.. I dont think I would intentionally. Rock the boat regarding dieitys...I dont feel confident with that ..I'm ok with guardian angel.st michael ..I keep anchored as much as poss everyday....I dont have a teacher to tell me what is ok to do and what is not...so I dont bother with any of it ..like hathor or diane's..I think they are from the same pantheon..but I dont really understand that well enough..either..ps I'm not stupid just cautious....nice video lora. .

Thanks for putting all this out there. Would it be worth it to have a discussion group for people trying to test their upg's? I've been feeling in a vacuum somewhat with mine and at a loss of how to figure out whether it's just me or not. Finding a way to connect with mentors would be beneficial for a lot of us newbies. Not to over burden anyone, just to check and say hey, am I in the weeds with this idea?

Hi Erin. Glad this video was a help. We have an online community space in the facebook platform (best we can do for now) called the Irish Pagan School Community. It is a group specific to folk enrolled in the school and focuses on Irish Paganism. A lot of the school students and teachers share that space for community and for questions. It's by no means a targeted mentoring space, but its great for peer to peer sharing and even just being in the background there one can learn and engage with a lot. Hope this helps.
