Upgrade G-Wagon tail lights, W463. Mercedes lights

Hey this is a video installation of rear LED tail light install on a w463. Some tips to make sure you put them in right and have a good seal.

Hi. I bought the same lights. I have connected everything correctly. the brake lights are on constantly. there is an error message in the car that says the right drivelight has gone off. The abs lamp in car also go on. Do you know what det problem is?

Hey sorry to hear that. Do you have the resister on the lights? Also check your light settings and make sure they are on automatic. What year is your truck?

Premium Platinum Grillz yes, I have these three resistors that sit behind the lamp connected. I have tested all lighting features, seems to irritate the canbus in the car :/ . Maby i need more powerful resistor

@@diepota you shouldn’t have to use more resistors. Did you have any light errors on your dash before. I would email the company and say that you have an error. It could just be a bad resister. They reply fast, and I think they would send you another resister. I’ll look more into it to see what it could be.

Hi am upgrading a g 500 to g463 2016 how do I upgrade it easily

Upgrading is def fun but gets costly. You can upgrade the front bumper to the g65 and that is the most visible upgrade. The only thing left would be the headlights and the led on the trim around headlights. I would change the tale lights. Rims are you next bet.

Those are the easiest and cheaper options. If you were to go with lift kit or fender flares, that’s when the price shoots up.. hope this helps.
