Hi Chris, I am curious if you ever attempted to upgrade this Maxx’s drive shafts to the Traxxas steel drive shafts WITH the GPM Knuckle arms (or spindles as you referred to them as) you installed in this video? I am attempting to install GPM knuckles onto Traxxas steel drive shafts and can not get the larger bearing into the back of the knuckle. I’m pretty sure they’re not compatible, but wanted to make sure. I would very much appreciate any info you may have as I am super annoyed I wasted my money on these knuckles I can’t use. Thank You

Nice but I have never been able to break my rear hubs. I'm breaking my steering blocks on my Maxx 4s where the pins go.

Todd Gerhardt- For me I think I enjoy both equally. I think I’ll use the Maxx more because it’s smaller and easier all around. On the pocket book and just maintaining wise

All those plastic inserts will eventually wear away and then you’ll have all kinds of slop with the bearings and the pins

Yeah, my GPU rear axel carriers on my slash did exactly this, yet my hot racing ones are like 2 years old and have next to no play... I quit using GPM carriers with the plastic inserts, they can't take a huge landing either without squashing the plastic.

This truck doesn’t have rpm parts. These are actually Traxxas parts!! They are holding up well
