I’m surprised this movie didn’t get more attention. It’s amazing what they managed to do with a relatively small budget. To me, this deserves to be a modern action classic.

The majority of the world is asleep and dreaming. Unfortunate to say but according to our creator, this will be the case until the end. If you step outside of living life the way this world does, you will see it for what it is. Very few people take that journey with God and the majority of people end up like grey. They chose to live in the world in their own head as its a lot less painful than the truth. this description also includes the worlds religions. If you try and wake up others will try their best to keep you in this dream. The truth is an internal journey in the heart with God, not an external showing of how good and virtuous we think we are. If you truly want the truth then seek and ye shall find.......... God bless 🙏

I listen to this and wonder, what did stem do when he left, what were his goals. I try to put myself in his shoes and think of what I would want to accomplish but I fail to come up with something that isn't generic and obvious, such as taking over the world for example. I feel what he might do none of us can expect, he isn't ur average ai.. Things that made me think that way was how he killed his maker in fear of their bieng another stem ( among other things ) How he chose to put grey's consciousness in a made up world where his wife is alive, instead of just placing him in an empty void for eternity. The last one was subtle but as u see in the videos thumbnail, stem tasted blood, why would an ai care about tasting anything in the first place, so many questions. I think the mystery and guessing of what he might have done next is the true masterpiece in that ending.
@AXCBER Жыл бұрын
I watched the movie yesterday and as far as I could decode with the limited info and without the vision of the writers, I think Stem was on his way to becoming Skynet but not the traditional Skynet with only machines. Lemme explain. He put Grey in a better place because I think he grew quite fond of him as he was the first human he could completely control. I think he'd take over the implant industry slowly, over years so that he can exponentially increase the number of humans under his control and after years of being under his control, the humans would have no choice but to break and Stem would trap them in their minds. He would not want copies of him but a singular hive mind with either a central computer to house his consciousness or a network of computers for redundancy and the humans would be nothing but parts of his machine with no will of their own. I base the last thing on him tasting blood. It's both metaphorical and literal. He could finally taste something and finally had a body of his own. That's the literal sense. The metaphorical sense would be for the audience. The first thing he tasted was blood and that gives us a sense as to how dangerous he truly is. Also, he tasted blood so it also means he is on his way to world domination with no regard to human life. We've already seen how ruthless he can be. Also, this might be a stretch but Eron mentioned that Stem could not bring Grey's wife back from the dead but what if instead, he creates artificial humans in the far future with no consciousness and with the Stem chip already installed. Something like Blade Runner.
@EzeICE5 ай бұрын
But then again, there's still resistance out there. Like the hacker and many more, just like her. STEM would have to devise a plan to find them and stop them. Because after all, just like she said, "they can't win."

Though I don't believe AI will become intelligent enough to create a mind of its own and do anything remotely related in this film. I do believe we are in a turning point of technology. The last few years have shown us that, we have already created ways of controlling computers with our minds. Very impressive yes, but the use of AI eye trackers can assist in the same way for the paralyzed or anyone who may need it, any real Innovations have yet to be made in that aspect. Time will tell what the future holds, as it always has. But I believe future Innovations can only benefit us, as long as they are properly regulated to do so.
