This sounds like Mindfulness (specifically Embodied Mindfulness) and a Heart Opening. Absolutely none of this sounds like someone who has stepped out of Beingness into absolute Void of No-Self and burned out the false-self from there. Simply addressing the teachings being presented. My apologies if incorrect.

Have a look at Yoga Meditations by Rupert Spira. But it is more with imagination and reason than movement.

Great talk. But who says “ice hockey” in North America. It’s “hockey”.

There is also field hockey played which was only a women's sport at my high school in New Jersey... and there is the hokey pokey, where you learn "turn yourself around...and that's what it is all about!"
