Upgrade To Hornby Pacer Class 142 + More

Upgrade to Hornby Pacer & Networker.
Added directional lighting to Hornby Pacer and improved internal lighting to both Pacer & Networker. Plus running session.

These are the smallest 0402 Yellow, Red, & Amber 12volt version or get the 3 volt version which is what I used and add your own resisters.

Hi Roy. Brilliant bit of up Grade Roy. Had an EFE pacer, had to swap it just wouldn't run on my layout, to many bad curves. Did do a small vlog on it. Your so right with the over brightness with the lights though really un realistic. Great running session buddy and great layout. Thanks for showing us. Stay safe. Pete.

Hi Peter, thanks for commenting. I was thinking of getting the EFE pacer but after getting a special discount for my 150 decided to go for that. Shame you had the problems but in the end you got a good deal on your 66. I just watched your video regarding your pacer 66 swap, your layout looks great to me.😊

Happy xmas roy. And make sure you keep warm. Sticking polystyrene foam on the inside of your garage door makes a massive difference!!! Trust me i know. Alwo you can get a long brush or rubber strip draught excluder for the bottom edge. Cheers my friend. Gary

Thanks for your comment. The garage door is already insulated, it is double skinned with good seals all round. I could do with insulating the plain brick wall which is an outside wall, all other walls are insulated as well as the ceiling. Reluctant to put heater on with the price of electric now days so just put a warm coat on. 😨😁
