when your epic is created you can link all platforms. You can play on any platform with your account, but only be logged in one at a time and all your skins are there. Say if your playing on switch and you want to play on xbox you turn off the switch and turn on xbox.

you will have to create a ne epic account for the ghost account same as the video. You can keep the other epic account if you have purchased items on it but they cant be merged together

no just relink it, once you have a epic account you can link/unlick any device to the epic portal

One question about a problem i have, when i go on my xbox account it has boogie down and everything but when i go to my profile in the lobby it has my xbox name which is normal but under it shows an epic name called "User + a bunch of random numbers and letters" (i dont know if this means anything) i think i upgraded my account years ago but i forgot which epic account xbox was linked to and what email i used. Because whenever i go on the epic games website and click on sign in with xbox and put in my xbox email and password that my fortnite account is on, it doesnt take me to the create a new account tab seen in 0:55, it instead tells me to enter my current email address, i enter every email that ive ever used because i know one of them had to be the one i used for the epic games account that possibly has my xbox account connected to it. But all of them give errors saying " Please Enter the email address you used to create your epic games account" but the problem is i dont remember what it was Do i need to email epic games support to disconnect my xbox account link from whatever epic games account its connected to now, without having access or knowing what the name of the epic games account is? And if this does happen and epic makes it so the xbox link isnt connected to any account anymore, will i be able to connect it to any epic account again, thanks for reading!

​@ClotShot1 if you're talking about my xbox accounts epic id I haven't used it yet but the id is a really long string of random letters and numbers, are all ids like that? Where do I use the id when signing up on the website

@@fireyhitmyfuse open your side bar while on xbox in the fortnite lobby and hover over settings, the gear symbol. Go to support and refunds then click on support and it should open a browser taking you to your account. Try this method first.

This happened to me years ago. Made a new account with nothing but a default skin under the same username because I clicked a button. Never figured out how to change it back. Hope this helps me because I had stuff from s1 all the way up to primal season when it made me a new account

No, it creates an epic account that transfers your locker across all platforms when you login into either: PS, XBOX, PC, SWITCH, MOBILE.
