Thanks, Kyle, for the video update on the battery purchase. We will continue to follow the install process and currently researching these batteries. You can't beat that price that's for sure! As always, we appreciate you sharing this as there are so many batteries out there, some highly priced!! The rig we are looking at comes with a 400W solar and we are hoping to add more, thus needing that battery bank as well. Hope the install goes smoothly!

Thank you so much, the follow up video for this will be next Sunday (Nov 10th) we take you along as we overhaul our system and get these batteries install. While we have only had these installed for about two weeks now, I can tell you they have been wonderful. What a difference the xtra 200 ah makes in a daily power options. We started out with 600w of solar for close to 2+ years and it serviced us well, but since we had more room on the roof (and our roof is non-walkable) we figured we might as well add more panels, especially when they tend to be the cheapest of all the components. Greetings from Canada TWS ! Enjoyed watching this video very much. I'm seriously thinking about replacing my AGM batteries with this Eco-Worthy LiFeP04 unit at my off-grid cottage. Was wondering what hourly rate (C??) is used to determine the specified 280Ah capacity. Since most batteries manufacturers specify an Ah capacity based on 20 hour rate (C20), I'm wondering if these guys also do. Thanks VERY MUCH and keep up the great work!

The batteries have been wonderful for us. We installed them about 3 weeks ago now and they have been performing well. I"m not sure on the answer to your question but I'm going to reach out to my contact there at Eco-Worthy and see if they can get me that info. I'll reply back as soon as I have it.- Kyle

To answer your subscriber's question, the maximum discharge current for this battery is 200A, which would deplete the battery in about 1.4 hours-approximately a 0.7C rate.

Kyle, very interesting project you have going. Will be fun to see the install. I got interested in solar some time back and I try to learn all I can. I even bought one of Wills books. On our Brinkley we have two 370-watt panels and i have a couple others that are portable (suitcase). We have 4 Battleborn 100 AH lithium batteries and a 3,000watt inverter. Our fridge runs on DC. We don't do gaming and don't have Starlink (I don't like Elon). Anyway, it all works good for off grid. When the time arrives though those batteries look great, and I like the fact that they are light enough to handle. Travel safe and maybe we'll see you on down the road. Thanks Bill, yeah we actually have had them installed now for about 2 weeks and they've been working fantastic. The installation video will be out next Sunday so you'll see our whole setup at that point. Was pretty easy install but we also did a revamp of all of our wiring to make sure we increased the gauge etc. Looking forward to seeing you guys. We should be down in ltva late November. Kyle
