That is actually NOT the only way to "upgrade". You may not have realized because you already hid it maxed, but your boost pack skills also translate to the REV-8. So, using less fuel, regenerating faster, hover, time slowing, etc.

I was going to say the same. Upgrade your Boost Pack skill. Another tip. Upgrade your oxygen as well, for longer zoom in time. As it uses up oxygen while zooming in.

It is quoted the demolition skill on that hint, because they will add a vehicle or variant of rev-8 that has a rocket launcher. This was leakded before that leak from a modder

​@@rumblebudgie2085 ...I don't even think it's a matter of intellect, it's likely a combination of "poor investigative journalism" (whatever that means), the fight to be 'first' (to appease the algorithm), and Bethesda's oversight when it comes to the Leveling System, where it made much more sense to invest in Ballistic Weapons and ignore Energy Weapons.

I believe the jump pack skills also affects the rev-8 I am sure after upgrading the basic jump pack skill my rev-8 not recharges it's boost faster and has more boost too.

I just upgraded to Level 1 for Lasers, Heavy Weapons Certification and Demolitions. There are no upgrade options available except Color. What level do you have to be on those skills to update the turret on the REV-8, or anything else?

Yes they have that in their pop up suggestions. Hey Grifter. Why is boosts time so short? Needs to be about doubled. Mine does not do what yours does. I have all the pack skills, but my REV just has a few quick burst. It does not fly and hover like yours. But I could not see ur gravity.

@@Plan3tBob The skill is Boost Pack Training I believe. In between Ballistics and Piloting in the Ship Tech area. There is also Combat Boost Training at the bottom of said section.

My rev-8 sees to have faster boost recharge after I upgraded my jump pack skill so I believe so however it hasn't come up on the loading screen like the weapon upgrade has.

they need to upgrade the 3rd person camera first! ... it's a regression / retardation compared to Skyrims & Fallout 4's 3rd-person camera & zoom.., WHY? .... especially in tight areas, or when stealthing, it auto zooms "upwards" and doesn't allow free camera zoom / movement? wtf is wrong with it?.. its worse than cameras from the very 1st 3D games & cameras.., how could Bethesda mess it up so hard?.. and why is there still no mod (Xbox) our yet, that fixes it?

Buggy concept is way too bad for this game. In most planet using it is troublesome due to low gravity or huge number of rocks. I hope the will added some hover bike or similar stuff, that would hover over ground without being affected by gravity.

The vehicle is a complete and utter waste of time but just like fallout 76 they add this pathetic shit and it keeps all the sheep happy I tried to use this vehicle a few times it’s absolutely garbage I will never use it again. If this game didn’t have mods I wouldn’t even be playing it
