I have been working with UNI-T equipment for years. For example I have a UT-595 for measuring electrical installation parameters and a UT-522 for measuring earthing resistance. Additionally, other meters necessary for an electrician's work. In Poland, the Polish company Sonel is extremely popular among professional electricians (and it is truly high-end equipment), which offers a cable detector/locator similar to the one presented here. The advantage of UNI-T is primarily the price, which is one third of the price of Sonel. I had the opportunity to test both devices and in no case does UNI-T compromise in quality. As the Polish UNI-T distributor recently did not have the UT-25CL available in its offer, I decided to buy it straight from the manufacturer and in less than a week I could enjoy this gem :) I recommend it to everyone - there is no need to hesitate - UNI-T is a really solid and decent brand!

Please help me remove the "Auto-off" function on the transmitter or increase the "off" time from 10 minutes to 1 hour? I feel annoyed when the transmitter "Auto-off" every 10 minutes.

Hi Dear, there are two versions: Soft case version is only sold in China, hard case is international version. Where you buy it please? If you contact our local distributor and our official stores, it will come with hard case.

Danke für die Antwort. Ich habe es über den Uni-T factory Store China gekauft. Der Hersteller hat mir jedoch versichert, dass die Geräte immer in einem Koffer ausgeliefert werden. Ich möchte Sie daher bitten, mir einen Weg zu nennen, wie ich im Nachhinein diesen Koffer bekommen kann. In Deutschland ist das Gerät, soweit ich das sehen kann, gar nicht erhältlich.

Don't buy this. It does not work very well at all. Nothing like the video shows. It is extremely slow and seems to pick up false signals. It is USELESS. I bet this will be discontinued soon.
