Upgraded Lima NS Plan E coaches

stuff that has been done:
- red lights next to gangway
- gangway is now black instead of dark blue
- silver doorhandles
- silver and black window outlines where needed
- the toilet windows is now white
- belly and roof are now the correct collour
- cleaned the windows as the coaches ate high likely 40+ years old and dust was sticking to them
