I think m90s the max for any gearbox if you have the stock nylon gears, but I haven’t seen or tested it myself. I also have a pulsar pro and I just installed metal gears in it with a m100 spring and so far it’s running good

Hi there! I know this is an older video, but I was hoping I could get a reply to a question i have. Do you reckon I could safely run an M90 spring in my LH Vector V2 even though everything else in it is stock? Some reddit threads have mentioned that it could strip the gears and whatnot, but I'm not exactly sure how it'd play out in the long run after all. Thanks in advance! :)

I have the M120 spring in my Galaxy Barret M82A1, purchased it with the upgraded spring installed. I have yet to chrono to find out what the FPS numbers are with the upgraded spring as I do not have a chronograph yet. Anyone have any good information on what upgrades I should get for my Galaxy M82 (Manual springer) to make it more effective at range and different ways to attach a Hop up.

@@GelBallUndercover That is really great to hear! the reason as to why I am asking this because there are lot of talks about nylon gearboxes getting destroyed by M110 spring or higher, Is it a Nylon gearbox with Nylon gears that are getting destroyed or a nylon gearbox with metal gears? ( I've search anywhere in KZbin about stress testing a nylon gearbox with metal gears using higher tier spring for a 2 or more minutes stress test)

@@maximusraven9972 Its actually a few things, Metal gears inside a nylon gearbox can cause heating up when and if the box isnt built properly. Tension/ Stress on the box can warp it aswel. Weve built countless Nylon gearbox with metal gear customs in the last 3 years and they are all flawless, it is just a perfect balance and knowledge.

Unfortunately unless it is custom, it is quite hard to determine which spring you already have in there. Most blaster come with the equivalent of an M90 or M100 spring form the box, at maximum.

Watch you types always get standard spring not German type as there smaller sized and grab to the pin plug so the bearing tension release don't work same with plunger need that lock tight as if you screw it to tight the release for the spring gets stuck to the plastic and can't rotate????????where the hell did these guy's get there qualified skill set's??????
