Upgrading Cisco Expressway Series X8.x and X12.7 to version X14.0.1

@@CollaborationCorner_ Thanks! It went pretty well! The upgrade itself was super easy and straight forward. Had a small hiccup with some CA trusts in CUCM but once I got that fixed everything was good to go.

can we upgrade the expressway from x12.5.x directly to x14.0.5?

You should be able to. I recently upgraded our Expressways directly from 8.11.4 to 14.3. One thing to be aware of, 14.3 is much more particular about certificates. Not a big deal but I had to add a couple CA trusts from our Expressway to our CUCM.

How do we roll back to 12.5 from 14 if there is any issue
