upgrading from lead acid to lithium

Can I ask what is the sized of the fair ring bolts and the Swingle arm that you brought of aliexpress on your bike thanks.

@starship9290 so the swing arm is stock if that's what you mean but the fairing bolts you can get a link if you go to one of my other videos called ( upgrading to better fairing bolts) something close to that and all links in description. Actually everything I've done with my bike is in the description of each video apart from the lithium battery,that I bought privately .

May I also advised that u should add some soft pads under lithium battery and Strap it to them because the bumps on the road So the battery will not move while driving on the road

@starship9290 so I didn't show in the video but there's a bar that is used to hold down all the lead acid batteries and I also surrounded the lithium battery with thick Styrofoam and then the bar is bolted on top of the box and straps it down, but thanks for looking out 😃

How much change in charging speed ?

@mjkahil no noticeable difference but it was taking 12hrs with the 5amp lead acid charger and now with the 10amp lithium charger it's around 7-8 hrs

Great, now you can use the old lead acid cells for solar and charge the bike for free :D

100kph sweet 🎉😮on the street bro you can zoom zoom on the highway bro just don't let highway cop see you or you could lose your bike for a while that what i heard from some other ppl thou .but if you got a motorcycle license I think you are good. Mind is still stock .still need to break it in .max I have reach is 67 to 71kph and I have really push my tao leo ebike to its maximum speed yet.😮

@starship9290 ya I never really push it that hard,generally I'm riding between 40-60kph but co.e on after putting the lithium in there I had to see the top speed😝 my wife would kill me if she new I was ripping around 100kph on the highway!! She has a knight turbo of her own but gets a little anxious when I ride fast,I get it,what year is you leo? If it's lithium you should be able to push 100kph too ,and stock unless I'm misinformed??everyone says there the better of the two top brands ?

Lol 😂don't tell wife you are doing 100kph My leo 2022 model and it just a yrs old now. I didn't ride much last yr had a battery recall and a motor power problem so I didn't ride ride though out the riding season ended. 72v 50Ah Lithium and I went straight to the Lithium battery and I have to say it was fun to ride and was i Nervous riding it at first, so I had to watch motorcycle videos on KZbin in how to ride one, get the courage to start riding with practice then I start getting better.

Is battery protected against wet weather conditions rain while riding in the rain ?

@starship9290 I do not ride in the rain,some people do ride in the rain but would you watch TV in the rain or use your computer? Yes you can ride in the rain but it's not advisable if you want your bike to run properly and with no problems. I dont ride when its raining but If and when I do get stuck in the rain, when I get home Immediately grab a towel and dry everything off and I mean everywhere I can and paying close attention to the throttle and signals and brake levers/the charge port /definitely the battery box ect..ect..by the time I'm done it's dry as it would be on a sunny day. It's a really expensive bike and I want to keep it in top shape as long as possible.

Of the game is on Hell yea I could tv in the rain lol 😆 jokes aside. I got me a tao leo ebike and I use it as a daily commuter to work and I only rain in the rain when it very light rain by the time I get to work the rain as stop plus I also have a motorcycle cover I use to cover my ebike when am at work if am gone for long periods plus a motorcycle disc lock.this works for me so far so good. @starship9290 ya I get it,I have ridden in the rain when I have too but I don't if I can help it ,I've seen many problems.s with getting then too wet and honestly I get a little scared to fuck it up,I haven't had many very nice things in life and my zone is definitely the m9st expensive and fuckin awesome anything I've had so I totally baby her,but ya lots of people do ride in all types of weather conditions and do just fine . Lol! But with my luck I'll start riding rain or shine and fu k something important lol! And your right I'd watch the game in the rain a fuckin day!!
