What would you recommend for someone who had a pretty nasty army accident, went to 184kg in weight, now sitting at 115kg abs can finally train hard after a very long recovery. My dream is to show people you can go from rock bottom to climb a huge mountain and transform your life. But most plans seem to be for already established climbers with good fitness. I’m aiming for 2-3 years as my goal. Thank you very much in advance.
