Every adjustment video NEEDS to have an accompanyjng stretch and exercise to help people. The one thing people disrespect about chiros is that they just offer momemtary relief, and that is very important, but the accompanying exercises are what actually provides longer term stability. People like dr mike from MoveU have proven to help way more patients through this approach. You could do an entire "gamer posture" series of exercises and stretches to help with upper back and neck pain
