Yes! I got my dose back in December and did shoulders the day of and was sore but manageable the next day. Did it again my second dose and my arm itself was fine just my whole body very tired the next day 😊

My first Pfizer vaccine ended up in ER. Head was heavy felt like someone was choking me blood pressure went up (I don’t have a blood pressure issue) and immediate sleepy ness lasted all week. Still plan to get second vaccine. Want to hug my mom too.

I had the Moderna vaccine a few days ago. I did a full body workout the evening before the my 1st dose. I was very tired For 24 hours and the area where the shot was administered was very tender for about 24 hours, as well. Other than that, no other side effects.

I got my first dose of moderna a little over a week ago and I was REALLY tired the day after. My arm was also really sore for two days, but that was it. Can’t wait for my second dose✌🏻 can’t wait for this “panorama” to be O V E R lmao

Yea the day before I got the shot I did shoulders and i was sore already so I didn’t even feel a difference. Also girl thank you for the mirror idea from Home Depot. They are so cheap!

I received Pfizer (I have both doses) and my arm hurt after the first!! The second dose my arm was sore and I had bad muscle aches and felt like I was getting a cold the day after but I was fine 3 days post 2nd dose!!!

I had Pfizer and first does was okay mostly just sore in the arm and armpit for a few days. Second one I woke up with the next day with a pounding headache, nausea, and cold sweat with chills. Took it easy and the following day had just a headache and arm and armpit was sore and swollen. Took a few days for swelling and soreness to go down but that was it. Not the best experience but in the grand scheme of things, not too bad at all!

Hiiii!! I got the Moderna, but i also had covid. My second shot was horrendous, I had severe body aches along with a headache and some nausea. A friend of mine got Pfizer, never had covid and had no side effects of the second shot. Good luck 🙏

I get my first dose on Tuesday and I’m scared 🥺 but I know that it’s for the greater good and that it has to be done 😬 Also I live I San Diego, California where it’s been hard to find appointments because mostly everyone has been eager to get vaccinated which is great), so I feel lucky to have found the opportunity to get it now!

amazing workout! i was wondering tho, did you film yourself using a tripod? I want to film myself once gyms reopen again but not sure how to do so and feeling slightly awkward to do so as well but want to push myself out of my comfort zone so all tips are welcome!

Yes I use a tripod for my vlogging camera! Nobody really seems to mind!

I'm sorry, I'm from Spain and I don't understand how vaccination in the USA functions 😅 the thing is that here in Spain young people cannot get vaccinated yet until all other people with pathologies, older people or people who NEED the vaccine. How is it in the USA? Do you pay for it? Is there a scheme or plan? So happy that you get to hug your mom Libby ❤️

Vaccines were available in phases beginning in January so many states are now open to 16+ ! At no cost for everyone!

Vaccines are completely free ! Must be 16 and older to receive it. Here in the US we can go to an open place with free vaccines or you can call your doctor for an appointment.

The CDC has dos and don’ts for fully vaccinated people please do your research and don’t put your loved ones at risk they’re very open with saying “we’re still learning” they don’t know a lot.

Oh rest assured, unfortunately I won’t be able to see my mom any time soon - we live in different states but I’m sharing my excitement that we are steps closer to being able to hug.
