I literally cannot even explain in English words or any language how much your videos give me life! “She strong or whateva “ omg I love you. I say this stuff to myself in the mirror at the gym lol aye! Haha thank you so much for writing my next week of workouts because sometimes it is a daunting task. Lol that coconut set, omg chefs kiss 💋 please continue this because if not I will perish. I have recently started doing slow 5 sec eccentric moves at the top or bottom at an exercise depending on push or pull day. Lowering the weight, it is freaking killer and just recently increased my Bulgarian split squat and girl, that quad sweep tho 😏 anyway, just had to leave this comment because I had to let you know that your videos light me up, queeeeeen!!!! Yas! 👏🏼 I wish I could hang out with you, we literally say the same thing to ourselves and yes I will forever give myself compliments because you are right, it is a gift to move out bodies and we built that!!!! I don’t typically do dedicated ab workouts as I brace my core during each exercise to strengthen my core - otherwise my abs are genetic!

hey sis i seen day 1 when u was doing the like back words abs rasied. try to keep your neck neutral with spine because it could lessing the strain in your neck, i just dont want anyone to get hurt . but other wise your doing freaking awesome job with your spine
