Cervical instability: POTS, dysautonomia, MCAS, palpitations, anxiety, nausea, optic disk fullness, gastroperesis, fibromyalgia migraines etc. each of these issues can feel extremely overwhelming and hopeless. You may go to doctor after doctor for years with no help or relief. Then you divinely get a upper cervical scan, and through various tests you learn that all of these have the same root. Which makes it much more manageable and hopeful. I can only hope that this message reaches all those who are suffering and overwhelmed. You are a godsend.

It can also cause seizures. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy because of it but my dad brought me to a chiropractor after the hospital's couldn't figure it out. After a treatment plan the vertebrae stopped pressing on my vagus nerve and my grand mal seizures stopped completely. It's been about 13 years and I haven't had a seizure of any kind since. This seems to be something that people haven't quite figured out yet that really would help a lot of seizure sufferers and even rid them of their seizures completely like it did for me.

If this does not work I'm going to see Dr. Hauser. Things were so bad I was looking into assisted suicide. The breathing issues are terrible. Doctors couldnt find anything wrong I had so many scans they basically said I just have anxiety and didnt take my suffering seriously. My neck is literally a backwards C shape. @@olivianichole288 I’m so sorry you’re struggling so much. I completely understand the feeling… I’ve been watching this Doctor along with Dr. Berg, Bob and Brad, Dr. Mondragon and her brothers channel, and a few other physical therapy channels. Not a cure-all, but my pain has gone down a lot and my posture has improved. I got a rubber ball from the chiropractor and I use it for acupressure techniques I learned from Dr. Mondragon. She teaches her patients how to do stretches and acupressure at home and I’ve been doing them myself. It’s super helpful. Please check out these other channels and try whatever stretch or exercises you come across. You never know what might help you. I’ve not been able to gain weight beyond 98 or 99 lbs. I’m 5’4” and a mother of 12. Grandmother to 8. I am a new masters graduate in clinical mental health. I have life to live but I can’t stay awake or get enough energy up to move forward with any of my activities or interests. The migraine headaches have recently increased always accompanied with nausea and vomiting. Also recent development of slow digestion. To the point that it takes hours for my supplements and pain meds to start working. My cervical spine is basically twisted like a wrung out wash cloth. Unfortunately, it is very common for us to have patients come here telling us absolute horror stories about trying to get their local doctor to believe how bad and disabling their symptoms were becoming and that eventually they would be dismissed by all their local doctors as depressed or drug seeking, etc. We have some of those cases who tell their stories on our Prolotherapy patient experiences playlist, as well as within some of our other webinars- like the vagus nerve 3-part series. If you want to talk with our team in more detail, we have a cervical instability case intake form where you can also upload any image reports you'd like us to see, on the neck pain section of our website. Wish you all the best in your continued search for answers and the best treatment options for your case.

I have a question: I am wondering if migraine preventatives would help symptoms? I had mysterious symptoms for about a year, including migraines and gallbladder disease out of nowhere, when suddenly I got very sick for months and doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I even had scope tests done because my digestive system was so upset constantly. Finally they figured out that it is migraines and medication has only helped some. It continually gets worse over time and my symptoms change from month to month as well. A chiropractor did an xray last week and found that my C1 vertebra was slid over and tilted 3.5 degrees, C2 a little tilted, and tilted and my side profile had no curve at all.

I am the first person in Swedish history that's beginning with PRP treatment with my diagnosis, AAI-CCI, the man who treat me, can't give me nothing for pain release under treatments yet, so my first treatment was the most painful 2hour in my life, and you say sometimes you give medical before treatment so my question is, what medical can help? I have morphine patch 24/7 "20mg/hour and also oxynorm/tramadol/stesolid. If i get better after 4 more treatments, he can start help a lots of people like me, so we both are hopefully 🙏 21 years of 38, are enough of this terrible life and symptoms. Thanks again for a great facts clip. Best regards Elvis

I'm not surprised by the info in your video because over 25-30 years ago I saw a chiropractor who made all his new patients watch a video that included information that SIDS was caused by babies who were born with the help of forceps or a doctor pulling on the babies head (twisting/turning/pulling) that resulted in damage that overtime would result in what was considered "sudden" infant death. What are your thoughts on this?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy3 жыл бұрын
Hi Toni's Web Design, Thanks for sharing. That must have been some kind of introduction to the chiropractor's office, and memorable! Yes, we are familiar with this research regarding the vagus nerve and SIDS. It is very tragic for any parent as well as the physicians who probably believed they were doing the right thing at the time. So sad. We wish you all the best in health! Take care.

@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy It was definitely an eye opening video! I was in my very early 20's and not even thinking about kids, but that video stuck with me, and not just the stuff about SIDS. In my mid 30's I had a child - and was adamant about them not using forceps or pulling on my babies neck. They thought I was nuts, but my baby is alive and now 16. I wish more people knew about the vagus nerve and the various complications that can result due to trauma/damage. I commend you for taking the time to educate people! Please keep it up!

@ChristineGrohe2 жыл бұрын
I feel for you. I have fusion of C 3 - 6 - because there's 4 running together they term this DISH (Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis ) It happened over time due to bad posture and a diet high in acid, IMHO. Plus, every single ailment anyone has, they must go back and see how much stress they are under. Right now, I'm seeing a chiropractor. Two years ago I went into Afib. I know it's my neck/vagas nerve/stress/sympathetic dominance/anxiety. The body will not heal being in a constant fight or flight mode. I've got to learn to let it go. I also listen to Dr. Day and her Bible studies. She helps me to realize that I did this to myself and that this disease/ailment I must own. Good luck to you and God Bless.

Question if I have been having pain in the occipital area of the back of my head/top of my neck that has been daily painful for over 3 months and diagnosed with overuse and Myofascial Pain Syndrome would this be good for me? What if the cartiligae or ligaments are not the cause and I got prolotherapy? Would it be bad for me?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy4 жыл бұрын
Hi Michael, Sorry to hear that your occipital pain has now turned chronic. :( Overuse and Myofascial pain syndrome are both applicable diagnoses that would warrant a consultation with a Prolotherapist because they have a lot to do with the ligaments, that is especially the issue with overuse of a joint. During the history and physical exam, the provider would be able to better understand your case and make an appropriate treatment recommendation. Or, if additional testing like Digital Motion X-ray would be helpful to help best identify the structures that are causing your symptoms. Our team would be happy to talk with you more about your case and see if you sound like a good candidate for our clinic. Feel free to reach out to us directly through our website, email, or phone. Wish you all the best in health and getting to the bottom of your headaches/pain.

What about chronic nociceptive pain/hyperalgesia/neurogenic inflammation? These are caused by chronic sympathetic stuck situation. And what about stenosis of transverse vein, sigmoid vein and internal jugular vein? Can these by caused by anything related to upper cervical?🤔
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy4 жыл бұрын
Hi Pallavi, Thank you for your questions. Upper cervical instability can trigger your body to respond in numerous ways including the ones you listed. Dr. Hauser just completed part 1 of his 3 part series on the vagus nerve and its effect on our overall health. This webinar focuses on the basic vagus nerve function and pathology. I think you will find it very helpful. His next webinar is scheduled for March 3rd, we hope to see you there! Best of luck to you!

Caring Medical Regenerative Medicine Clinics In my case I tried a non invasive vagus nerve stimulator and checked my HRV: Before using the device: HRV bad After using the device: HRV good & in parasympathetic mode After 10 minutes of using the device: Heart started palpitating and HRV was worse. The same experiment I did with craniosacral therapy & earthing. And they both also showed the same HRV results. So In my observation my body is reacting and again going into sympathetic mode when I try to change its state to parasympathetic. So after these small experiments I realised that vagus nerve wont help until I fix my sympathetic nervous system which is stuck and not ready to shift. I just wanna know whether this stubborn sympathetic state can be due to CCI? 🤔 And can u share the link of your facebook page as I am not able to find it. Thank you in advance!

If prolo therapy has been around for so long, why does insurance not cover it?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy3 жыл бұрын
Good question. Some insurance plans do reimburse patients to some degree and others may choose to cover a short series of treatments (such as Medi-Share). When it comes to insurance coverage for chronic pain diagnoses, ANY treatment coverage is extremely limited. It's unfortunate, but Prolotherapy is far from being alone in this category. The "covered" options typically include pain pills (although even that has declined since it created the opioid epidemic), some physical therapy or maybe some chiropractic care, cortisone injections (limited due to its deteriorating effects on the tissue), and eventually a surgery. But for patients who choose to seek care independently of their insurance, or to use their HSA/FSA funds (if they have those available) it can be a great option to explore. Wish you all the best in health!

Hi, first thanks for sharing your thoughts about this topic. I got this Atlantoaxial Instability Diagnosis and have trouble with many of these symptoms. I experienced relief through some atlas treatment but I still suffer from these symptoms. As you said for some patients the prolotherapy doesn't worked, when can you tell that? After the first few Injektion sessions or in the end of the whole treatment? Why is there so much misunderstanding in the health system about all of that?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy5 жыл бұрын
Hi Jan, Thank you for reaching out and sorry that you are still dealing with atlantoaxial instability problems despite the atlas treatment. We would be happy to talk with you more about your case. One of the best ways to do that would be to complete a case intake form on our website, and tell us more about your symptoms. For most patients, there is improvement seen in the first treatment or within the first three treatments. We see a vast array of cases, some people are starting from the point of nearly full disability and in a wheelchair and others who just have some issues when they're performing athletics, and everything in between. There are some cases where it is obvious upfront that it would be a year of care, and others we would expect the person to respond within only 3 or so treatments. Wish you all the best!

Hi Maria, Every case is different. Some people's cases are so severe that even getting to Florida at first will be difficult due to their severity. So, once in Florida, they stay for a couple of months until they are more stable and travel is easier. Other patients have a much less disabling case and have no problem flying back and forth.
