1 acre zoning, a lot of the homes are right on top of each other. Too far from Manhattan and nowhere near the beach.

The only diversity in USR when I lived there was Jew and Gentile. There were only a few black kids in the schools and 50% of them were Lawrence Taylor’s kids.
