We all go to different gyms...we alla have different gym trainers bt jeet bhaiya i would say that i learned everything from you...You are like Dronacharya for me...i am Eklavya☺️ Every technique u provide us...every info works for me...i don't knw about others...bt it worked for me to 100% i can't thanku enough for everything. You are polite...u r down to earth...u tell everything like an elder brother💗 very slowly...and perfectly😇 The bicep technique that u provided regarding wrist position...thats amazing. By bending wrist outwards ...there is a max. Contraction in bicep. And i have really gained a lot after that. The tricep technique of urs...for all the three muscles. The back technique...for wider lats. Everything bhaiya...everything...works amazing. Thanks for being there for us. U r a blessing in disguise bhaiya. Thank you Jeet Bro for enlightening us on The Upright Row with Correct Technique and form, Before during 90s I had lot of shoulder pains due to this exercise and I hated it. Great lesson, I had shoulder impingement because of lack of knowledge of how the upright row works best , that I almost had a phobia of the exercise. After watching this video I'm back to doing it again with precision. Thanks
